This post actually dates back to early March when my friend, Theresa, and I decided to celebrate her birthday by making sushi at home. It was a long day of shopping before we finally got to the sushi, so I was pretty exhausted and fairly useless in the preparations (being pregnant). But I did my part making a couple successful rolls (thank goodness Ms. T was there to keep me on track). We made mostly veggie rolls with a couple of California. My favorite one had cucumber, avocado and cream cheese. Fantastic! We completely gorged ourselves and it was AMAZING! I'm going to post a few pics of our finished products. Enjoy!

This is the second spring I have ever experienced and I love it so much! All the colors and sweet smells after a brown and gray cold winter ... It gets me excited for summer and lounging in the sun!

My favorite discovery of this season is wisteria. It's so beautiful and smells delicious. I wish they bloomed year round and I could cover my house I them! I know they can get out of control if not trimmed and stuff, but I hope that where ever I live I will always have a wisteria plant.
